Alexander Kelly
Mechanical Engineer
Alexander is a detail-oriented mechanical engineer who likes taking an idea and turning it into something people can use daily. He enjoys seeing how first principles apply to hands-on prototyping.
Alexander holds a mechanical engineering degree from UT Austin. Alongside his involvement in makerspaces, he brings practical engineering experience from Samsung Austin Semiconductor and a tech startup in Barcelona, where he designed precision equipment, pressure vessels, and electrical enclosures.
Outside of work, Alexander enjoys staying active as part of Austin’s beach volleyball community. He also loves reading, baking, and finding the best new restaurants in town.
