Michael Brown
Mechanical Design Engineer
Michael has years of design engineering experience working for start-ups and consulting groups. He has worked in both electro-mechanical product development and prototype fabrication creating ruggedized military gear, consumer products, and touch sensor technology for consumer and automotive applications. Michael has a bachelor's degree in Digital and Photographic Imaging from Texas State University and an associate degree in Mechanical Drafting from Austin Community College.
Michael also loves nature photography and traveling, having visited 26 countries (so far) including far-flung places like Kyrgyzstan and the Galapagos Islands. A serious runner, he has competed in 25 half marathons and four full marathons including races in Cardiff, Wales and Kaua'i.
