Global companies hire Mixer to create eye-catching concept products that demonstrate technology breakthroughs. AMD wanted to show the extraordinary graphics their new tablet computer processors could deliver for gaming. They also wanted to reveal how thin and light these tablets could be. Mixer’s inventive solution was an ultra-thin tablet that could dock into a dynamic hand-held gaming device. We designed and delivered twenty-five functioning devices for the influential E3 Expo.
Fun - Fast
This gaming system employed accelerometers to add the thrill of positional input for action games. Ergonomic studies made sure the controls were accessible and that the lightweight device felt great in your hands. The brand look we developed required iterative design explorations until it looked fun and fast.
